Problem Loading Powerpack Download Page

Not to be a conspiracy theorist, but.......Cleary, they have removed the download, likely because it has one or more major bugs. Of course, they don't want to lose the sales of people buying it for the powerpack features, so they simply remove the download. It is really frustrating. I bought the product for those features, and need them asap for a project. Putting up a file for download is not difficult, so there must be something "sinister" going on. I like the product, but not getting what I was promised when I bought it is really not good business.

I also specifically purchased the VS 11 plus for the power pack. since I bought a new sony AVCHD camcorder. AS said the power pack I do have doesnt work for me. I am clearly dissappointed. I have been a ulead customer since 2000.

I am going to have to spend more $ and buy the sony software
to get what I need I think.....

I updated my question again concerning the blank page but now I am not getting any responses at all from support. I just submitted a new question with an appeal for a an immediate response or support. Not at all pleased with how this is being handled.

I had the same problem and sent an email to Corel. Someone emailed me back with this link.

Didnt work so I wrote back to tell them it didnt work and they said it was working on their end. They said I had an ISP problem, which I dont. Guess I will wait until someone here figures out the solution, no help from Corel.

Well, I just called and requested a refund, since they can't provide the Powerpack. Looks like they are giving me the refund, with not fight at all. Obviously, something is wrong with the powerpack, but they don't want to say. Why do they still advertise it on the website if they can't provide it? Dissapointed!
