Problem Loading Powerpack Download Page

Post by MikePH »

I've upgraded to 11Plus, have downloaded and installed the 27Mb update pack but when I link to the download page for the Powerpack all I get is a blank page. The Corel site recognises my login and shows details of all my many registered products (including 11Plus) but it won't show the download link for the Powerpack. I have disabled popups on my browser and deleted browsing history on my PC but it still won't load the page. I have also tried to access it on another PC with same result. Does anyone know if the Powerpack download function is offline or down at the moment?

I have just tried to log-in to it as well, and got the same response, so I would say that a reasonable guess would be that the site is down. I will draw it to the attention of the relevant Admin people.

Thanks for the input. I'm glad that I wasn't doing something very stupid to avoid access! I've sent a couple of messages to Corel but they haven't responded yet or brought the download back online. It's very good of them not to tell anybody that there were problems with this.....

Ken I have received and forwarded your email to Corel.
I can confirm that I also got a blank page when I tried.

There is no sign yet that Corel have even ackowledged a fault with their download page. They either haven't bothered to read their emails or the problem is such a big one that it's embarrassing to talk about it....
Either way they haven't responded to me yet, despite promising to do so within 24 hours.

Same Problem

Post by johnrr6 »

It's 10:30 U.S. Eastern time zone here----on Thursday morning and I too have the problem.....

Does anyone have the PowerPack posted on a server somewhere?? Or is willing to host it till Corel/Ulead get's back up????

I have a licensed version of 11 Plus----Kinda need the Powerpack----Like now!!..... I can send you my serial number if you are doubtful of my voracity....

I called the U.S. Office----they are out because of a "special event" according to their phone message.

If that "special event" is Christmas Holiday----I'm hosed.....

Well, I'm still getting the same blank screen. Was there a window of opportunity that I missed and the thing has crashed again?

Yep, the Hotfix and Update FTP's work, but not the Powerpack FTP. It is now 11.25am Friday my time.

PowerPack Blank Page

Post by nikkomon »

I had the same problem and sent an email to Corel. Someone emailed me back with this link.

http://www.corel.com/servlet/Satellite? ... 5714230704

Didnt work so I wrote back to tell them it didnt work and they said it was working on their end. They said I had an ISP problem, which I dont. Guess I will wait until someone here figures out the solution, no help from Corel.
