Video Color Manager

Post by DaveMuxo »

I am trying out VideoStudio with the version 8 trial download. Very good so far, but I can't find the VIDEO COLOR MANAGER. According to the help screen, it is supposed to allow me to tweak the color for capturing video. But where is it?

Also, other than the Video Filters for saturation, sharpness, etc (none of which seem to work all that well) I can't find any other way to change he brightness and color after capture. Even my old video capture software (Sonic MyDVD) does a better job at color management.

Anyone have any ideas?

You can add a video filter to clips in the timeline to correct exposures. I have used one called Auto Exposure (in the Library under Video Filters.
Other filters are: Brightness & Contrast and Hue & Saturation.
