ULead Art Texture Error

I have used this program for a bit over a year now and the other day I had to reformat my hard drive and the partition that this program resided on. I reinstalled it last night and tried to use it this morning. When I went and clicked on the "Edit" bitton for the Palette Ramp I get this error message:

Unable to add thumbnails to the library
Invalid Parameter
[72000:8:329]

What could be causing this and how do I go about fixing it? I tried uninstalling the program and then defragging and then reinstalling but it still comes up with the same error. I use Paint Shop Pro version 8 by the way.
