Your problem should be considered a bug in VS11
I have seen the discussion here and I have experienced the same problem. To mee it is simply a bug in the program - or a missing feature. I have just started using VideoStudio because I got tired of using a competing program. VS11+ is a lot better, but in the competing program the chapter titles is shown correctly in the menu - therefore the conclusion must be that this is a bug.
