VS 11 Power Pack
I cant see anything under album for my transitions. the icon doesnt even show up, and i only have two effects under mask. also when i install power pack, it installs just fine, but when i try to run it, it ends up causing some error and the program closes. Any idea how to fix any of this?

There is, in any case, no "icon" for transitions. They appear in the drop down menu window which is just below the Audio and Share tabs along the top of the VS screen.
But if you only have two masks showing, then clearly you have not installed the Extra Content pack which you should have got as a link from Corel when you purchased the product.
As for the Power Pack, you cannot "run it" as if it were some independent program. In fact, it integrates totally into VS11, and makes it version 11.5.
But as Clevo has already said, we need more information...
