Are you using the same drivers for the capture card as you did on your old computer? The newer drivers from ATI do not work with a lot of software but its own. Try the ones from your original disk.
Now using Adobe Premiere and Photoshop

Same Pixelation Problem, different way

Dear Sirs,

I have install a firewire card has you suggest me. Capture using native DVD PAL settings. The "Failing to build an MPEG capture..." error disappears, but the resulting captured file still with the "pixelations" problem.

Any suggestion ??
