Re install PI 12 after crashes

PI 12 kept crashing on me so idecided to do a reinstall, follwed the instructions, but foolishly failed to notice I had lost the original download. How can I get another copy I have the receipt and my original PI 12 was registered

You will have to contact the vendor of the program for a fresh download link. There is nothing anyone of us can do.

Once you get your fresh link, download all the files and make a backup to CD for future use.
