I use XP movie maker to my videos and inalbum to my photo gallery
In Movie Maker I can add photos and or video and make WMV out for my website. Then I use Nero to burn the larger format of the WMV to DVD for my TV and pass out to family of holiday events and etc.
I am checking out Corel Ulead... I wanted to know what packages should I be looking at. For photo gallery creating and video editing and creating with the option to burn to DVD also so I don't need Nero for DVD creating.
I would be using this for family stuff, I have already push of what I can do on Movie Maker. Inalbum is good. I just want to see if maybe I get everything from the same company...
Thanks for the help and info!
Time to update my Video Editing

Videostudio will do it.
Just in case you carry on with movie maker and use a digital minidv camcorder for your video, then you'd be better of using dv.avi as your capture format. It'll give you better end results when you convert to your end product of web or dvd video.

Do the same with VS, capture and use dv.avi.
