unable to load library error

unable to load library error
completed movie and ready to burn the final movie. the burning stops and says unable to load library. video rate is constant at 7000/ audio is dolby and bit rate 256. any help. i an loading pics and audio from external hard drive.

First you might be advised that double, let alone triple or multiple posting of the same question, in multiple forums is not allowed. Your other 2 posts have been deleted.
As for your problem, have you set up your working folder on a drive or partition that the program can not access now? Also check your working folder(s), for temp files and folders, and delete all the ones that are not currently needed. VS creates several of these, and if you don't clean house may cause problems like this.
You can also try rebooting to see if that helps clear any issue that VS is having.
