Notes in PhotoImpact PRO 10

Post by M&M'sMom »

I am almost positive I was able to add notes to a photo file in PhotoImpact 8, but can't seem to figure out how to do it in PIPro 10. Does anyone know how to add specific notes about a photo to the file? I need to document who the people in the photo are and who gave permission for the photo to be published in the newspaper. I have checked the web, manual and board, but have not been able to find the answer.

Thanks

Are you sure you weren't using PhotoExplorer for your notes?

I'm also curious about the PIPro 10 you're using. Go to Help>About to verify which version it actually is.

Yes, it I confirmed, PhotoImpact Pro version 10. In addition, I found the answer.

Instead of opening the file, If you right click on the file name and choose Properties, and then choose the Summary tab, there is a comments box that I can type in the details of the photo for future use.

Also, it will display in the pop-up summary of the photo when you mouse-over the file so you can see it before you open it.

Thanks for viewing my question.

I think the thing you are looking at is the EXIF information.
