Video Capture crashes after applying SP using MSP 7

I could capture from my mini-DVD (using Ulead DVD-VR). However, after I applied ServicePak 2, it crashes everytime when I capture clips. The file was created with zero size.

I applied the latest SP (SP 3) but it still crashes. I'm wondering if anyone encountered the same problem (is it a known problem?) before I uninstall and reinstall it.

FYI, I need SP2 because I didn't see the AC3 audio from when I loaded my MPG-2 into the timeline in Video Editor (and after I applied SP2, it worked perfectly in the Video Editor)
