I happen to have the same soundtrack in .wav format so I tried it and still nothing...

This does not show the properties of a file captured from your camcorder!

If your real problem is editing some DivX files, you should say so. You can download the free DivX 6.7 codec to help with that. Make sure you download from a reputable source. Codec packs are notorious sources of malware. Do an anti-virus scan on the download before using it. Try uninstalling ffdshow - you can easily re-install it if you need it.

Also apply all the latest patches to VS.
