Brazilian PAL-M Standard

I´m trying without success to capture TV video.
Preview on screen works fine, but capture comes whith changed colours.
If setup to NTSC black & white only, if PAL I had wrong size of video.
On PAL-M standard we have ALL parameters the same as NTSC (frames, size, etc) except the color system is PAL.
Anyone can help me (perhaps a setup problem)??

I have the same problems using PAL in South Africa with the preview fine but the replay on DVD cutting the border of the image badly. No response from this group in the last week. I will submit rather as a formal request to ULEAD
