MY VIDEOPRVIEWWINDOWS HAVE DISSAPEAREDHOW DO I GET THEM BACK

ITS VERY DIFFICULT TO EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM I'M HAVING ,BUT ALL THE VIDEO TRACKS WONT DISPLAY I CAN SEEM THE AUDIO PREVIEW TRACKS ,BUT THE VIDEO TRACKS THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO BE DIRECTLY ABOVE THEM IN THE WINDOW,I CANT GET TO I TRY TO DRAG THE LINE BETWEEEN THE TWO TO MAKE THE WINDOW LARGER TO BE ABLE TO SEE THE VIDEO TRACKS BUT IT WONT ALLOW ME TOAND I'VE BEEN STUCK ON THIS FOR MONTHS NOW .CAN ANYONE HELP? CAN AMYONE EVEN UNDERSTAND WHAT MY PROBLEM IS? SIGNED FRUSTRATED IN CALIFORNIA. YHANX!

If you told us what version of MSP you are using (have you read the Please read this before posting thread?) it would be easier to respond, because MSP8 has a different GUI to earlier versions.

I'm notwithstanding confused. Your subject title talks about a preview window but the body of your message seems to be about the timeline tracks, which? If the latter, how many tracks have you set in your Preferences?

Sorry, with all that yelling I'm actually at a loss to understand what your problem is. Have you tried to completely remove the program, whatever version it is that you are using, and reinstalling it?

Putting to one side the excessive use of capitals, I suspect you have dragged the audio/video track splitter too too far up so that only your audio tracks are visible. Resizing the timeline will make no difference.

Go to the Window Menu and select Layout. Choose one of the "Standard" layouts and click on Apply and then Close. That should restore your layout and your video tracks should now be visible.
