If you test it by making a dvd folder on your hard drive, does the audio go out of sync on what is on your second layer when played on your pc?
Make an ISO image and burn from that, does it now go out of sync?
What if you burn to two seperate dvds?
What are you system specs
What file types wre used in making the dvd, ie dvd compliant mpeg2's/dv.avi/mpeg4's etc.

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
yes it goes out of sync when creating dvd folders. I haven't tried creatin n iso yet, but will do now.
The files are mpeg 2 compliant files created using Sony vegas 6 for the first try, Then adobe premiere export plug-in for the second, and then womble. each time it's the same result.
The original source files are Dv Avi.
System: dual core athlon 3ghz
2Gb Ram
260Gb Hard drive
180 Gb Second Drive
Windows Vista Home Premium
Hope this helps
