How many folks are upset at the fact this program wont run?

I thought that trusting the name Corel would help. I have been reading helps and forums for two hours, sounds like everyone has issue with this Video11+. Do you or anyone have a fix, or is it to complaine and retrun software?

Do you have a specific problem with VS that we can help you with? By your post it would appear that you do, however you fail to provide any information.

This is web board set up by Ulead (now Corel), and operated by volunteers, users of the programs. Most of the people that post here do have problems with the programs. However that in no way represents the numbers that do not come here, because they do not have problems.

If you have some problems getting VS to run properly, then please specify them. Please read this post, and return with as much of the information as possible.

I don't have issues with VS11+ but I appreciate many have. People install different things on their PC's and video editing is a complicated piece of software. It would be impossible to develope software to cater for all contingencies.

Keep in mind though that we only hear about users with problems on these forums and there is likely to be probably just as many users that don't come here too.

Since you spent hours reading here, as you claim, wouldn't you have read about it?

Since there is hardly anyone who doesn't have a problem with it but feels "compelled" to tell us how happy it has made them, how representative do you expect this forum to be when it comes to judging reliability of a program.

When you go to the doctor and find yourself surrounded by sick people, do you conclude that the whole world must be terribly sick? Or this doctor is useless because all his patients are sick?

Surely not.

Is there a possibility to fix your problem? How could we tell, we know nothing about your problems.

How you did come to the conclusion that "Trusting a name like Corel would help" is beyond me also.

Do you have a real issue or did you just want to rant a little?
