Hello,
first of all, I¡¬m from Germany. So excuse my english, please.
I have a problem. I use the VideoStudio 5,0 Software for my Video files. When I have finished working on it, I try to render the project.
It starts normaly, but after one special scene, he stops suddenly. Then I take a look into the explorer, but it hasn¡¬t saved anything.
Is this mistake/problem known by anyone? Can anyone help me rendering my project? What do I have to consider?
If I only cut some soundfiles and render only the audio, it works normaly.
I use Windows XP on my laptop. Do you have to know anything else?

Welcome to the forums,
I was a bit surprised that VS 5 will run on XP, but I found that Ulead did produce an update patch for XP. VS5 was the first version that I ran..
Now on to your problem..
What I would look at is this "special clip" where VS stopped. It apparently has a problem with that clip. What are the properties of that video clip? Right-click on the clip in the time-line or library and post them back here.
You can also check to see if it is that clip by, removing it, and see if VS still stops. If not then you may have a corruption with that clip. You may have to recapture it (if this is occurring in the Editor), if it is happening in the burn module, then you may need to re-render that MPEG file.
Not that we want to loose members, but there is a German version similar to this web board. Click on the following link to go to it.
