I am trying VS 11 TBYB and I can not get the "Preview" to work. I make my MPEG file then go to "Create Disc" make a menu (with all the trimmings) and when I want to preview my project the preview just sits there and nothing happens. Any Idea Why???
Thanks to all,
Hunkulus

First I have to ask, you probably did, but I wasn't there to see..
Did you press the play button on the remote control to the left of the preview window?

You might also upgrade your DirectX, from the Microsoft website. It will still say Version 9c however there versions from Feb, and even Aug 2007.
Any other applications running that might be grabbing resources at that time? If so shut them down.

Prevew problem
Thanks Guys
Yes I pushed the button. The blue bar under the window went across to the right. But nothing more.
And, no I have nothing else running. I have a dual core 2.8G processor. 2 Gig of Ram, more than 1 TB of HDD space (6 hard drives). The drive I use for video is a 300 G and 95% empty. I did not try the DirectX update.

Greetings
I have to thank you guys again. I updated DirectX and the preview is working. Why could customer support not tell me the same thing instead of telling me they don't support trial versions. With an attitude like that I still have to think about buying the new version. If they think the customer is dumb enough to buy a full version when the demo won't work they better re-evaluate their thinking.
Thanks again,
