Is there a way to make all pictures have the same duration?

Hi, I have around 200 pictures that I am trying to make into a video clip, when you simply put them onto the time line they last for 2-3 seconds, I know how to change it individually, but for 200 pictures that will take hours. Is there a way to set a particular time for all the pictures, like it is possible to use the same transition effect for all pictures.
