I paid for the Upgrade to Version 12 and received the email that told me where to download it. I have tried to download MANY MANY times and the file gets to 98% and stops.
I have plenty of space left...I just am unable to get what I paid for.

Have you attempted to contact Corel Customer Service?

What internet browser are you using? I've been using FireFox for several years, and it generally has no problems with downloads dropping. You might try using a download manager like Getright. Several members use this, and recommend it for downloading large files.
Or you can send them an email. Go to the following Corel site, click on the email Corel tab.Customer Service
For assistance with non-technical issues such as pre-sale and product information, registration, purchases and activations, please call our toll-free Customer Service line at 1-800-772-6735.

No answer from Corel
I tried calling and got the standard, "We're not here" voicemail and was told that they have a 24x7 tech crew to answer issues. I'm not sure where they are because they have not responded to either of two different emails I sent.
At this point after trying the download for over two hours, I'm ready for them to either give an ftp site as a place to go, send me the boxed version or refund my money.

The file still hung up with Forefox and GETRIGHT
I think there is a problem with their file having a bad End-of-file mark.
