Anyone have an old download of the trial version. Videostudio 7 SE in english. My backup CD got damaged.

You might check Ebay, however be real cautious, as I done a quick look and did see one person advertising an SE version for sale. SE versions are free, not for resale, that are bundled with various hardware components.

You can probably pick up a newer version for very little. I'll repeat though do not spend any money on SE or VE versions, they are freebies.

Sorry I don't have that version. I skipped from VS5 to VS8 upgrade..

Maybe a bad choice of words but there has never been any trial version of an SE version (SE versions are bundled with hardware).

OTOH, why do you keep a backup of a trial version? Once you install it, the trial version will stop working after the trial period has expired. Even a fresh install will not fix that.

Why not just spend the (relatively) few bucks and upgrade? Can v7SE really offer anything more than Windows Movie Maker can offer anyway?
