VidieoStudio 9 inserting video clip

I have finished all my story boarding and editing some family movies and have decided I would like to ad a video clip to the beginning. Is there any way I can insert something at the beginning when there is no space to drag it into?

Does a simple drag and drop not work for you?

How stupid of me. Sometime I try to complicate things to much! I figured there needed to be a space for me to drag the clip to. Thanks for the help
