I finally got the Power Pack successfully installed so VS doesn't crash when started (http://phpbb.ulead.com.tw/EN/viewtopic.php?t=27250) by installing it on another machine instead. However, I now have another issue. I see that the power pack put a bunch of new decoration objects (D2 - D28) into the library, but unfortunately the actual files didn't seem to get put anywhere because none of them are linked and I can't find them on the filesystem. Anyone else have this problem?
Thanks,
Steve W

I noticed the same issue
Steve & Ken,
I installed the Patch (UVS11_Patch_Eng), PowerPack (UVS11_Plus_ESD_ENG_PowerPack) and Hotfix (UVS11_DMF6_HotFix01_Install_Issue) and lost the D02-D20 PNG files that were in the Decoration folder. There were additional files, F01-F28, that were added as part of the upgrade but not near as useful as the D series that are now missing.
If the PNG files exist and are not proprietary, please send them to me via email. If they are proprietary, please post how we can resolve this problem for others who may be experiencing the same problem.
Thank you
Scott

I am intrigued to know when, and in what order, you installed the third one you mentioned, the Hot Fix. Had you been suffering the problem for which the hot fix had been designed? If so, did you follow the exact instructions for its installation i.e. uninstalling VS, installing the hot fix, then reinstalling VS?

re: the Hotfix
Excellent questions so let me be more clear on the HotFix.
I did follow the instructions, which for me is unusual... I had not been suffering any issues and installed the HotFix because I know the importance of keeping the application current.
It was a real pain to uninstall and reinstall but I thought being current would be beneficial. Of course, I may have been mistaken since it blew away some fo the files.
Please let me know if there is anything further I can provide. Also, I appreciate your help. Thx
