More thumbnail menus?

Having been away from Video editing and this forum for ages, I am back with two questions:
I use VS10:
where can I find more thumbnail menus? I only have two available in the dropdown box..
I downloaded but never installed a Bonus Pack simpply ages ago: I unzipped it today (it went into a separate folder) but can find no instructions on where to put the contents.

The templates were in an .exe format which was self-executing, I thought i.e. installing the templates in the relevant templates sub-folder of the main VS10 folder in C:\Program Files. The various video, images, audio and decorations are simply dragged and dropped to the sub-folders with those names in the VS10 folder. However, some people set up a central folder in its own right for these samples so that they are readily and centrally locatable by other Ulead programs (e.g. Movie Factory) where they might also be used.

When you install the extra content it should automatically place several more thumbnail menus in the correct location.

There are some free templates from Ulead

These also work in all versions of VideoStudio 9 and above

I am new to Ulead and have just bought VideoStudio 10 Plus. I know it is not 11.. ) What do I need to create DVD Menu Templates?
