Exporting Painter saved custom brushes to another computer

I run PanterX on two Macs. One is G5 and the other is Intel based
I use the same tablet on both.
I created and saved custom brushes on G5
When exported to Intel, they act very differently

Does anybody know what is going on and what the solution is?
