WINDVD 8 freezes at spash screen. just upgraded to ver 8.

Please help. I just did an upgrade to latest download and all it does it=s freeze up and not open.

can you please indicate what was the previous version that you used prior to the new installation? For the meantime, please follow the clean reinstallation procedure posted on this link.
