I just reloaded my MF5, and tried to burn a dvd, but got this error:
burn failed 534-2147216291:01 no other information was given.
I tried burning with another product and it workd but with MF5 I keep getting this errror. What is the problem? Can anyone advise me?

NOTE - I don't know what that error code means.
You may have a conflict with your other burning software, especially if you have "drag & drop" burning software installed. These programs can sometimes "take-over" your burner.
You can try disabling your other burning software, or you can "burn" your Movie Factory project to your hard drive, and then copy the files to an actual DVD with your other software:
When you get to the burn-screen, uncheck the box that says Burn To Disc, and check the box that says Create To DVD Folders. That will create the VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folders on your hard drive.
