ulead Has Encountered an Error and Must Close

According to the error message, the file in question is:

C:\DOCUMEN~1\STEVE\NEWLOCALS~1\TEMP/5150_appcompact.txt

The "Exeption Information' is:

I got a very similar error message no later than yesterday for another Ulead program (VGL). It was the first time I ever got such an error message for the program. I was working with it fine the day before. So I did a system restore using that day as restore point. Everything went back normal. Go figure.

The txt file is not the cause of the problem - it's the log file that Windows writes.

Try looking at the Event Viewer logs to see if they mention what process is involved.
