If you installed the update patches and the Power Pack, you're version number should be:

when iam install the update ihave this massege

installer can not find ulead video studio 11 on your machine

but i have ulead video studio 11.0.0157.0

what wrong? :?:

If you have the free trial version, it does not accept updates.

I have the same problem as someone reported earlier

When I try to install the update it says

installer can not find ulead video studio 11 on your machine


but I am on the full version 11 - I bought it!

I have uninstalled and reinstalled just in case

Any ideas anybody?

Full version 11.0 or full version of 11.0 plus? The Power Pack (upgrade) to 11.5 plus will only install to the plus version, not the "vanilla" version..

How do I check my version of Ulead Video Studio? I meant, I'm sure it's 11+,
But when I tried to run the patch, it doesn't work
"installer cannot find Ulead Video Studio 11 on your computer"
altough I own the full version,
Now, my solution is to check the Video Studio if it's Plus or not.
Help?

To check your version, click on the ? icon located in the top right, select About Ulead VideoStudio.

But still, when I tried to run the patch, the error comes up again. Although, I've been re-installing and running the patch for numerous hours (Didn't catch enough sleep :lol: ). Any help?
