corrupted image gallery

Post by don154 »

Tried to load a dvd video directory that contained a slide show with about 20 images. I did this from the video gallery load. It automatically went to the image gallery and loaded over 4000 images. There were multiple copies of each image. Now the image gallery won't list because it gets a "load from stream error" for all 4000 images.

How do I get rid of the thumbnails?

Sorry, but that's about as clear as mud as none of the terms you use equate with anything in Video Studio.

But if you are talking about Video Studio and can actually see the thumbnails -- or at least some of them -- in the Library pane, then Then left click your mouse on the first thumbnail, hold down the Shift key then left click the last thumbnail. All the thumbnails in between should become selected. Then press the Delete key. If more thumbnails appear, continue doing the above till they are all gone.

Sorry about the mud. If I do what you said, I get the message "Load from stream error" 4000 times and it still won't correct the list.

It appears to me that I need some way to show Visual Studio 11 where the images are.

Hi

Refreshing the library.

For VS 10 your library files are here:-

C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\Application Data\Ulead Systems\Ulead VideoStudio\10.0

I assume there is a 11.0 folder.

The image library file is called :-

VS_Image.dat

Close Video Studio

Delete or move this file (VS_Image.dat ) to a different location, (use Cut and Paste) My Documents will do. You will not need this again but just in case.

Now start Video Studio, a new Image .dat will be created.

Your image library should revert to the default page, all images that you inserted will be removed.
At least that works for earlier VS versions.

Ok

now your library is back to normal you can reload your images.
But what exactly are you trying to load to the library,

They should be image files Jpeg, Bmp, Psd, Giff etc

Where is (video gallery load )?????????????
