Your Trial Licence Period has expired

I purchased Win DVD 8 Gold a while ago and have had this problem every since.

When i run it I get the following dialog

"Your Trial Licence Period has expired. if you have Internet access, you can purchase a full version online"

I have purchased and installed and reinstalled and repaire and deinstalled and installed Win DVD 8 Gold many times and still only every get to this dialog box

Can anyone please help me to get the software up and running.

Activated WinDVD 8 does not start after 14 days
