Thanks for the info.
I am gonna try few things before I come back to this subject as you have provided engough information for me to work on and I if needed extra help I would come back to this or If you permit can I at some point PM you just in case I wanted to refer to some of the things we have already discussed instead of going through all over again in the forum.
