Image formats

Queation on how to save image format taken from video clips. I've tried to save images from video clips and the only option that I get for fromat is VSP. How do I save those images other then VSP...like jpeg?

Underneath the preview/source viewing area are a row of buttons (under the jog bar), click the menu button and you can save a current frame as a still in any format you like.

I don't see where I can get the menu you're talking about "under the jog bar". I tried to include a screen shot of what is showing when I'm trying to save the image other then VSP. I appreciate your reply.

I'm sorry, am using VideoStudio, not MediaStudio.
How did u post the screen shot in your reply.
