Day into Night
Does anyone have an idea of how to turn daytime footage in VS10+ into a 'night' look? I have some video of the exterior of my home that I have recorded post Halloween as the night time exposure was poor. I would like to modify this daytime footage to put into my Halloween party footage showing the front of my house as if visitors were approaching. I know you can put some effective haze and fog overlay effects in there. I assume I can darken it, but I am sure someone out there has a nifty and nice looking way to make day into night on VS.

What about the video filters?

The color block idea seems to work well
also can tweak it a bit with a video filter named CLOUDS that you can set the parameters lighter in effect for a light mist look. Monochrome or duotone filters can also be tweaked and layered. Thanks for the tips!

"American Night"
I had the same problem and got a really good result with the video filter "light" (I guess that is the English name for the filter),
environment color: black
light color: a light cool blue

Thanks again for the further tip
I know that a midnight blue looks more black than black at night. Perhaps a light blue color with the light filter would be good too..will try it.
