Problem with Smart Download

Yep, iand i thought i was the only one with problems of the smartdownload feature.
So i can tak me days with a broadband connection with i have too, to downloaded all the extra files
Yeah that's great. What will they do (ulead) to fix it.
I think i write support in the uk. Meaby they can give me an ftp link.

Got an email from Ulead today with the ftp-links to the extra content. Speed is better (not great) and I can use my downloadmanager now

Actually I did noticed a big improvement. Just finished downloading!!!

Pity one can't just link in to the ftp sites and download the content files directly from the VS9 interface instead of having to contact tech support.
Surely the links should be included as an option in the 'Smart Download' menu item.

I now have access to the ftp downloads and, although very slow, at least I can resume downloading with my download manager.

does anyone here have the password for the FTP? I need to d-l the extra content as the dumb dl does not work. Cust supp takes years to reply and i´m in a hurry. Please help
