All read/parse the DVD/display the content as Label, Title and Chapters properly. But, the bottom of the window offers only the Close option and will stop with the standard "Can't continue...."
This happens on all known to be good DVDs, BTW.
If starting from MSP8, the default is back to MSP8 and locked requiring the "Three finger salute" to the task manager to kill the program.
A most maddening and confusing situation.
Needless to say, I have removed/reinstlled MF4 and MF6+, the last installed, defragged, checked/cleaned the registry and other things I can't recall at the moment.
It appears my "Movie Makin'" days are over until I can solve this PITA.
Has anyone encounterd such a problem?
Has MS caused this with one of their "Upgrades"?????
