Missing templates

Post by ssandu »

Hi
I am using a trial version of VideoStudio 11 and after I can't find any Theme Templates on Step 2 of Movie Wizard (and it's staying here with Back, Next, Close buttons disabled). All buttons hace tooltips but are not working.
It's normal on trial version ?
I saw in your flash tour a lot of templates.
Thank's

The trial versions are full functional but only have limited content.
You get far more sample videos, menu templates and so on with the full version.

You might only have 1 or 2 theme templates with the trial version though there are several with the full version. They are located on your hard drive here:
C:\Program Files\Ulead Systems\Ulead VideoStudio 11\EditingStyle
Please check to make sure this folder exists and is not empty.

(The Trial version might have a slightly different folder name than
"Ulead VideoStudio 11" and might be "Ulead VideoStudio 11 Trial"

Because you have yet to complete your --> Image
The next location to check will vary Dependant upon which operating system you have.

XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Ulead Systems\Ulead VideoStudio\11.0
and also
C:\Documents and Settings\Stephen\Application Data\Ulead Systems\Ulead VideoStudio\11.0
Vista:
C:\Users\All Users\Ulead Systems\Ulead VideoStudio\11.0
and also
C:\Users\Stephen\AppData\Roaming\Ulead Systems\Ulead VideoStudio\11.0

Replace Stephen with your user name.

Rename all of the above by simply placing a x at the end, Example;-
C:\Users\Stephen\AppData\Roaming\Ulead Systems\Ulead VideoStudio\11.0x

Restart VideoStudio which should recreate those directories.
try the MovieWizard again.

Thank's for reply
Folder C:\Program Files\Ulead Systems\Ulead VideoStudio 11\EditingStyle has 4 folders Audio, Video, Image, Style.
Video is empty.

This tends to suggest a faulty install. Please try re-installing.
