colorizing a b&w photo/PI11

I have a b&w photo I need to put into a color one. I was going to convert the color to b&w.
I was thinking of possibly colorizing the b&w one. Does PI11 have options that this maybe easily done? I realize with colors this is not an easy prospect, but is a thought?
