So does VS9 allow you to pan and zoom over a VIDEO clip (as opposed to a still image) or not?

The ONLY reson I'm considering upgrading to VS9 is to get VIDEO pan and zoom.
I am sure that the UVS9 has supported pan and zoom over a VIDEO clip.
You can find it in video filter.

BTW, the most key frame point you can add in image pan and zoom is 3.
However, you can add many key frame points in video pan and zoom.

Yes, it's definitely in UVS 9, I've used it. Works well unless you zoom in excessively.

For most people the source video is the same as their final output format (720x480 / 720x576), so zooming will always result in pixels being enlarged, whereas with still images, you usually start with a picture that is larger than the output format, allowing full detail to be maintained as you zoom in.
