PLease help!!
I again worked on a project for hours and it will not let me convert to a video file it say "unable to load to library 1915:3:3" and when I try to burn directly from project it says unspecified error. It would let me convert a smaller portion of the project before I added transitions, audio, and some text to a video file . I tried everything I know.

my project settings etc.
The file size is 390.0kb the project settings are VSP. and Edit file format: MPEG files, NTSC DRop FRame (29.97 fps)
MPEG fils 24 bits, 720X480, 29.97 fps (DVD-NTSCP), 16:9
This project comes from video on an external hard drive that have video from a handycam. I've never had problems with these files before using VS 10. I also tried changing my virtual memory as recommended it did no good.

Fair enough. The default for most pc's seems to be everything on a single partition on the hard drive. I prefer to separate the OS and programs from data, which makes backing up and restoring easier. It does mean you have to be more careful with VS's default settings, but probably doesn't apply in your case.
I wonder if there might be a screensaver or other scheduled program cutting in at that 12% point. Best to disable screensavers and scheduled anti-virus scans, and make sure you use an "always on" power setting. Might be a bit of a shot in the dark, though, if you had no problems with VS10. That would make me suspect a problem install. Check your event viewer logs for clues to what's going on.
You can re-install the VS11 trial, but it will still expire 30 days after you first ran it.

Thanks for providing some of the information we need, but I am afraid we still need more. In particular, we need to know where the original video came from and what it's properties are. You have told us it was a .vsp file and 390 kb in size. Well, I am afraid that a .vsp file is NOT a video file. It stands for Video Studio Project, and is merely like a small road map of a file which tells Video Studio what videos are included in a project, where they are on your computer and what editing has been done to them.
So please, with Video Studio open, right click on one of the *original* files and copy down *all* its properties here please. Include everything, including any words like Upper Field First or Lower Field First or Frame Based.
It could be, for instance, that your original video is from a source that uses a specific codec, and your computer might not have the codec installed or functioning properly.
Alsom with the project properties you provided, is there any mention of Upper or Lower Field First or Frame Based?

Have you found any fixes for your problem? I am running VS 11 plus with the update patches under Vista and have the same issue. I have determined my problem to be the album transitions. If I start a new project and add 3 or 4 photos from the sample library and then add a few album transitions I will get the error every time - it seems Corel cannot figure this one out. I have uninstalled and re-installed the program with no success. If anyone has found an answer please let me know.
Doesn't happen with XP
I just tried a random collection of images with various transition effects between them with no problems on an XP Pro SP2 pc. Perhaps another Vista person could check it out, but I'd say it was unlikely.
@coachm212 - you really need to give meaningful answers to questions from people who are taking time out to try to help you. They're not just being pernickety for the sake of it! Video editing is a very pernickety business!

Re: Doesn't happen with XP
I should clarify myyself, this happens when I use the "Album" transitions, the other types of transitions seem to work fine it is only the Transitionsfrom the "Album" group like "Flip" and "Flip 1".
I remember in version 10 that many transitions would not work with Vista but that was supposedly fixed with release 11.
BTW: I am running a Pentium Core 2 duo with 4 gigs ram and two large drives with plenty of space.
