PI 10 Extra's Problem

I too am having problems with SmartDownload.

I followed the URL to the place to download what I need.

ftp://ftp.ulead.com/pub/esd/pi10/e/

Then when I click on an item to download...it tells me that it can not establish a connection. I checked my internet...and it works. I've made all the provisions in Windows firewall, yet it says that it can not establish a connection.

Is there another URL to download this stuff from?

i was having the same prob and it was making me crazy.....did everything, and then upon further research on the Ulead site, it APPEARS that those downloads are only for TRIAL version users, as they are all already included in the FULL versions. Here's the link where i found that info...and hope this helps

I emailed ulead with no help. They just pointed me to the same page.

I do have the download version which is why I do not have the components. but it would be nice if ulead would correct this problem. This is stupid not to be able to use a program you paid for!
