Output to AVI file?

This may be a very dumb question but I cant seem to find the answer...is it possible when sharing/rendering to output to an AVI file format, at the moment I'm creating a MPG and then using an external program (WinAVI) to convert again. I need to do this to create a small (in file size) format to email, so any other suggestions most welcome!

Just go to "Share" "Create Video File" then select "Custom" and you can choose any codec from WMV, through MPEGs1 and 2 to MPEG4. If you have Divx codecs loaded you can use those too!
