Cannot delete image

Can I just double check you did the above correctly and you saw a screen like this one

The first time round you set everything to "deny" for each and every user including 'system' and 'Administrators'
Then reboot - Windows user security should deny anything from accessing the file. Then alter the security settings to "Allow" - do NOT reboot but this time try and delete the item.

Yes Steve I did exactly that, in fact I've just tried it again and the image is at this moment still trying to delete.

You check the properties of the file and is it "read only"?

I can't access properties of the file nor can I rename it, the program stops responding.

Have you checked it with a virus scanner?

I've checked it for viruses. Maybe I will leave it trying to deleteagain and see if it goes away. The longest I've left it is 45 mins and the shortest 5 mins
