Unusual Sound Issue

Post by TAxxOUTBR3AKxx »

I have been running VideoStudio 11 Plus for awhile on my Vista Home Premium Laptop. I've had no issues as far as.....well anything. Recently I had an issue with sound cutting out of my clips.
Here's the thing: I burned a DVD from my DVD recorder and popped it into my laptop, I imported the videos to my laptop through Video Studio. The clips play perfect in VideoStudio, my Media player, etc. But when i put 3 clips together and create a video file, after finishing, the 1st 2 clips will lose sound a little over halfway through the clip, and the 3rd clip will play fine, but all the originals play perfect. Whats the deal? its happened everytime now.

Edit: found out that even putting the clips into the Overview timeline causes the same problem. so its not after converting/rendering.

Try this:
1. Before exporting a new video file, export a sound file from the share tab.
2. Check that sound file is OK.
3. Mute the existing sound track
4. Import the saved sound track to your project.
5. Now from the share tab render a new video.
