Chapter Point Manager

I created chapter points in the edit window and renamed them using the Chapter Point Manager. When I go to the Share tab, the chapter points are there, but the names have been removed from the menus - it's back to Chapter 01, Chapter 02, etc. Have I misused the Chapter Point Manager (i.e. it wasn't intended to do this?) How do I keep the chapter names used in this manager when going to the Share step?
Using VS11+ trial version.
