VS 11 Error Message

I too am having this problem!! I have a windows xp computer running on service pack 2. I am the administrator and it still doesn't work. I even tried running it on another account and that failed as well. I got it from downloading it and i even tried reinstalling it. What do u guys think the problem is?

The error message described at the start of this post is normally associated with a pirated version or where an attempt has been made to extend the free trial period beyond 30 days. It is of course possible that a file has become corrupt and so has caused this same error message.

If you have a legitimate copy then the only thing that I can suggest is to follow the clean re-installation procedure.

If this still fails then you will need to contact Technical support.

Alright thanks I'm trying that now!

Edit: Nope didn't work either. Do you think maybe because i reinstalled service pack 2 a while back it caused it?

it seems its a change in my registryt that did it. I use a program that fixes my registry and it seemed to do it. How can i still fix my registry without it ruining ulead?

Go back to a Windows XP restore point from before you altered the registry.

but i want to be ale to still fix the resitry if the program says theres a problem in it. What main things should i look for in the registry that i should unclick the program to fix? like if it says program files/ulead video studio 11 or what other stuff?
