Importing images into Media Studio

When I import a portrait orientated image into Media Studio it is distorted into landscape, thus stretching everything horizontally in the timeline. How do I overcome this problem.

You have to select maintain source aspect ratio. Sorry I can't be more specific at this point in time but I'm nowhere near my editing machine and didn't have to do this for a long, long time. Going from memory here.

A quick and easy way to fix it is to use the "Pan & Zoom" video filter with its start and end keyframes at 100% and centred.

Alternatively, check "Maintain aspect ratio with moving path" in the import dialog.
