video with audio only on a channel, is possible...

Hello everyone, my problem is that I have a mpg2 file video quality that DVD but is only one audio channel (left), it is possible with some program ulead videoediting copy audio in the other channel (right) so hear from both speakers of TV?

Switch to Audio View (the speaker icon, third from the left, above the timeline). With your clip selected, click on the Attribute tab. Check the Duplicate Audio Channel.
