i am unable to start ulead video studio11 plus . i get this error message
"the ordinal 12 could not be located in the dynamic link library
mpgmux.dll"
some one plz help me to over come this problem and help me use the
studio 11. my os: xp sp2 with direct x9.0c. but i had no problem with
previous version uvs10 plus.

sorry to see nobody offering any advice to you so far.
If you installed VS11+ from a downloaded copy, it might be that the download was somehow corrupted.
In that case, you could try downloading VS again.
If on the other hand you have the full boxed edition with install discs, you can try repairing the install.
On my pc, mpgmux.dll shows as being 246KB, and is located in C:\Program Files\Common Files\ULEAD Systems\MPEG. You might check that you have a similar path on your pc.
